Residential & Commercial Cleaning
Margie's Cleaning Service division provides daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and/or special occasion cleanings for both Residential and Commercial customers. (Special attention is paid to "busy" areas).
This division's main forte is extreme cleaning such as: refurbishes, relocations, repossessions, adult protection, compulsive disorder family homes, trash outs, move in/out, renovated and new construction, yard work/clean out, and abandoned homes and garages.
In addition to our specialties, we also provide carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and stripping and refinishing of floors.
Thorough Cleaning Will Include:
1. Restroom - Complete cleaning of all restrooms
A. Toilets - top, inside, sides, and around floor
B. Sinks - top, inside, sides, and around faucets
C. Mirrors
D. Counter tops and ledges
E. Sweeping and washing floors to corners with disinfectant
F. Wiping any dirt spills on walls and light switches
2. Kitchen - Complete cleaning of all kitchens
A. Sweeping and mopping to corners with disinfectant
B. Counter tops and ledges
C. Sinks
D. Microwaves - tops, sides, inside, and underneath
E. Tables and benches and/or chairs (rungs/seats)
F. Spillage from trash cans, sinks, and hand prints
G. Window ledge dusting
H. Cobweb cleaning
3. Dusting - All contents in building that have a ledge
A. Furniture and articles (making sure everything is put back in place)
B. Chairs, rungs, seats
C. If desk is "busy", we do not dust
D. No use of chemicals on furniture
E. Window Ledges
F. Corners
G. Cobweb cleaning
H. Phones
I. Blinds
4. Trash - Replace with clean bags if needed
A. Wiping cans
B. Leaving extra bags in bottom (to be ready for next change)
5. Vacuuming - All carpeted areas
A. Under and around all furniture
B. Edging
C. Corners
D. Under and around movable chairs
E. Chair seats if needed
F. Training center if applicable
6. Washing of tile areas with disinfectant
A. Front entrance
B. Restrooms
C. Kitchen
D. Side entrance door (down steps)
E. Training center if applicable
